At TopLine Workwear, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If your purchase isn't the right fit, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange based on the guidelines below.

We gladly accept new, unworn, and unwashed clothing for a exchange or instore credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Proof of Purchase: The original receipt is  required for all transactions.

• Condition: Items must have all original packaging and tags attached.

• Exclusions: For hygienic and quality reasons, items that have been washed or worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

• Refund Method: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (Credit/Debit) or as store credit.

Due to the specialized nature of safety and casual footwear, these items are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit only within 30 days.

• Condition: Boots must be in "New" condition with original packaging. We recommend trying your boots on at home on a carpeted surface to ensure the fit is correct before wearing them to a job site.

• Safety Standards: Once CSA footwear has been worn in a work environment, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Defects: Manufacturer warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
